DIRECTOR OF MSA SERVICES (must be able to relocate to Bradenton, Florida area) 
Major Areas of Responsibility
  • Clinical Management
  • Staff Development: training, recruitment & retention
  • Resource Management: evaluate and define departmental goals and priorities, minimize departmental expenses
  • Strategic leadership
Specific Responsibilities of the Job:
  • Leads the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Establishes departmental measurements that support the accomplishment of theFranco Signor’s strategic goals.
  • Directs the preparation and maintenance of needed reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.  Identifies opportunities for improvement and creates plan to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Develops and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company.
  • Participates in executive, management, and company staff meetings
  • Implementing and overseeing compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and quality improvement activities
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge and experience dealing with Medicare, specifically MSP and all aspects of MSA Preparation and CMS Submission
  • Managed Care background
  • Must demonstrate high integrity.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate excellent judgment.
  • Must protect confidentiality of information.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must have ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload as well as handle complex issues.
  • Must have ability to work with all levels of management as well as front-line employees
  • Required to maintain an active Nursing License
  • Graduate from Accredited school of nursing
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must be firm in insistence of following established Clinical and Corporate protocols
  • 8-10 years of clinical/progressive management experience
  • Experienced management role.
  • MSCC, CCM, CNLCP (or similar) credentials desired
