Vice President of National Sales

Position Description:

The Vice President National Sales oversees and coordinates a wide variety of projects and initiatives related to securing the initial contract with new clients, negotiating pricing, completing contract renewals and ensuring their long-term retention, as well as the development of new revenue generating business opportunities for Franco Signor.

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Identify potential clients for Franco Signor and work in a sales capacity to secure a contract
• Provide a high level of client support for existing clients, as needed
• Coordinate and create presentation materials and resources that support sales and marketing efforts
• Assist marketing in developing materials for all lines of service offered by Franco Signor
• Coordinate and manage any special projects as assigned
• Develop new lines of revenue producing business for Franco Signor
• Develop new avenues for marketing all Franco Signor lines of service
• Work to increase all communication functions internally at Franco Signor and with existing clients
• Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals as assigned

Primary Objectives:

• Increase brand awareness for all lines of service
• Implement new sales initiatives as directed by EVP of National Sales
• Increase revenue through sales efforts in territory
• Research and development of new revenue generating business opportunities
Specific Responsibilities of the Job:
• Identify potential clients for Franco Signor and work, in a sales capacity, to secure a contract using a combination of leads and cold calls in territory. This is a sales function which utilizes industry contacts and years of sales experience to obtain new business and generate revenue.
• Provide a high level of client support for existing clients, as needed. Due to the complexity of services provided by Franco Signor, there are situations where skills are needed to provide the best client experience possible. For example, in situations where we must coordinate marketing and branding opportunities between Franco Signor and a client, it is necessary for to lead those efforts. It is National Sales duty to provide a well-rounded client experience outside of the normal services we offer.
• Coordinate and create presentation materials and resources that support all sales and marketing efforts, design presentations that are informative, effective, accessible and uniform. Every presentation opportunity must maximize our brand and presence in the marketplace.

• Coordinating and managing special projects assigned by EVP of National Sales can include many different initiatives.

Job Requirements
•JD, ESQ, MSCC, or CMSP credentials preferred

  • Previous experience with MSP compliance strongly preferred
  • Broad knowledge and experience in: sales, marketing, communication techniques, Medicare Secondary Payer statute, liability and workers’ compensation claims.
  • Above average skills in: project management and software functionality and operation
  • Excellent skills in: written, verbal and graphic communications
  • Demonstrated ability to: work with a wide variety of clients, prospect and internal staff
  • Demonstrated ability to: constantly multitask within specific timeline
  • Demonstrated ability to: take in large amounts of information related to lines of service and synthesize a message that speaks directly to clients, prospects and internal staff.
  • General knowledge of: risk management
  • Experience in: communications, marketing, sales, project management and business development




REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER (Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) Compliance, Location:  Southern Territory)

Position Description: We are searching for a talented, passionate, forward thinking sales professional looking for an opportunity to join an innovative company that will allow them to maximize their earnings and leadership potential.  The right individual will serve as the point person for all South sales opportunities, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging and developing relationships with prospective buyers, and converting opportunities into closed deals. This person will be a motivated self-starter and a strategic thinker.  This is a unique opportunity for a talented, driven individual to spearhead the growth of a promising business segment and manage/grow the performance of all sales activities within the South.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly
  • Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
  • Directly responsible for sales targets and producing signed contracts
  • Manage client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and contract renewals
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed customer expansion
  • Represent Company at customer meetings and conferences to promote service
  • Analyze and control expenditures of sales program to conform to budgetary requirements
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned


Five plus years of relevant sales and business development. Experience with a demonstrated record of meeting goals.  The ideal candidate will have a profound understanding of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance.   Excellent planning and analytical skills are important as well as strong relationship management skills.  Must possess ability to provide timely performance feedback to senior management and accurate summaries of activities, sales results and forecasts.  Comfortable with all elements of lead generation, including identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, and leading sales appointments. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, confidence, maturity and highly developed written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills.  Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with attention to detail.

Benefits: Attractive compensation package which includes: medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and holidays.  Outside prospecting encouraged, including travel, tradeshows, and other relevant events and opportunities.

Compensation: Base salary of $65 – $75K plus expenses and performance based incentive compensation.

Position Description:  Completes comprehensive review of medical records and composes detailed reports outlining needed future medical costs.

Major Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Uses nursing knowledge to analyze medical records and to identify future medical treatment as documented in the medical records.
  • Executes clear, concise and thorough medical records abstracts for the purpose of inclusion in a Medicare Set-Aside, Future Medical Cost Projection, or Life Care Plan.
  • Records and completes documentation of the findings and analysis of medical
  • Maintains confidentiality and security of all medical records received and reviewed.
  • Serves as a consultant and subject matter expert on catastrophic claims.
  • Performs other functions as assigned by management.

Specific Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Computer skills – Possesses intermediate Word and Excel software user skills
