Allie Hamilton graduated from the University of Iowa in 2004 and received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Communications. She immediately began her career in the restaurant industry, managing over 130 employees. After 6 years, Allie shifted to sales, acting as a liaison for an exclusive collection of hand-picked hotels, Destination Management Companies and Convention & Visitor Bureaus in popular meeting and incentive destinations. This led to a position as National Sales Manager for a Fortune 500 company selling data and analytics. Allie has long had a passion for the Insurance world as her grandfather owned one of the most successful insurance companies in Chicago dealing with workers compensation, liability and risk management. Her grandfather instilled in her a tenacious work ethic and a can-do attitude.
In 2014, Allie was recruited to work as a Regional Sales Manager for the top temporary housing company in the property insurance industry. She found personal fulfillment in helping people in some of their most devastating hardships. Having gone through a total loss housefire herself, she found that she could easily relate to her clients. This work led her to explore another avenue in the insurance industry, as the National Sales Manager at a Contents Recovery Company. Allie had always been intrigued by the Medicare Compliance due to the complex nature of it, the growing demand and the changing landscape. Having crossed paths with some of Franco Signor’s representatives at insurance services conventions, Allie has long held out hope she would find a home with such an esteemed company. When that opportunity knocked, she ran to the door. Allie brings her experience and passion with her to Franco Signor as the VP of National Accounts focused in the Midwest and is proud to be part of such a great team.
